when accessing webroot toolbar it doesn't recognize my email

Hello. I'm not tech savy (?) so being  new to this I just have my question.  I can access Webroot SecureAnywhere with my email but when trying to use the Webroot toolbar it replies that it doesn't recognize my email.  Any idea's?

When yo say that you can access WSA with your email are you referring to being able to log into the online console (here)?
 
If so then you should certainly be able to sign into the Password Manager using the same credentials. Please make sure that you are accurately entering the password you have set up for the email address. And if yo are certain it is being entered correctly then I suggest that you go to the console and change the password to see if that works. You do that by clicking on the 'Forgotten password' next to the Login in button on the Sign in screen.
