Do you have Webroot setup to auto-renew each year? That could be why. If you don't have that turned on, or it isn't time for your Webroot to renew, then contact support and they'll able to get it sorted out and refund you if necessary:

Whey I purchased the Webroot security package and installed it, I don't recall setting up an update every year??!! Can you tell me when I originally set up the service??
