why won,t this program run?

So sorry to hear that you are having computer troubles. We will need a little bit more information in order to work around this for you. Can you define "scammed"? What program are you refering to? Any and all information provided would be very helpful in us determinig the cause of this.
Please write back when you receive this message. If you have set up defaults, you should receive an email and/or a notification when you log into Webroot. Simply click on reply and an empty box will open. Type all pertinent info and then click on Post down at the bottom of the box.
