Hi Webroot,

For nearly 4 years you've been saying that 2FA is in the works, but it still hasn't been implemented (The security code isn't 2FA, it's just a second password).

Have you released a timeline where your customers can expect to have 2FA security available?

There is considerable engineering effort going into this at present and it is the highest priority for a number of teams.

I'm not in a position to make product announcements or speculate on timelines but there is a lot of work being done on this as we speak.

I'm no web dev, but I feel reasonably confident I could implement MFA on a Wordpress site in an afternoon, weekend tops. Lots of good well-vetted open-source code out there, and large sophisticated vendors who'll help you plug something in to your existing authentication framework. Just sayin.

In case anyone has not heard the news yet, Webroot now supports 2FA! Please find the below articles for details on how to set that up.
