Hello
I use policy for my sites.
Some times technicians have to desactivate or remove Webroot in computers. But they have not access in Internet so they cannot use the administration console.
But, the users must not delete or desactivate Webroot.
Is it possible to have a password for the desactivation or removal of Webroot Endpoint directly on the computer ?

In resume, I want to have the possibility to remove or desactivate Webroot Endpoint directly on computers (for example with the panel control or line commands), but I want that the users cannot to delete or remove the antivirus.

Regards,

Unfortunately the only way to do this is from the console. Do your techs not have any mobile devices with internet access? The only other way is to remove it in safe mode with networking logged in as a local admin.
This would be a nice-to-have.  The Access Control password could be set via the web console, allowing the password to be used for a temp disable of protection (5, 10, or 15 minutes), shut down protection, or uninstall the client.  All other settings should remain protected by policy.
