Solved

A few issues

This morning I noticed that the WRSA.exe on our terminal server has been spiking about 50% CPU usage. It lasts between 5 - 10 minutes and happens sporadically during the day. The server itself hosts only one program that our sales team uses.

The other issue we have been having is that I noticed that the WRSA.exe on our windows 10 computer is creating about 6-8 new remote ports every second. I don't know how long it has been doing this but it is flooding our netstat and TCPView.

I am not too familiar with this particular side of the tech world so any advice would be welcomed.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I updated the policy to the administrator endpoint to allow access to the interface, it has been a few days and still gives me the message to have the administrator to allow access. I have tried to refresh configuration but it still shows the message.

We'll need you to open a ticket with our Team and also submit Logs, as your CPU could have a ton of potential root causes.
