add a computer that has exprired code

I have a computer that did not update when I updated by adding a new code from my expired code. how can I update or do I need to delete the computer and re add it. Also how do I add a new computer to my list. if I need to delete the old webroot and re install new computer how do I do that

1: Do you have your Online Console Setup?
2: Do you have PC's on the Console you no longer want on there? If so see 2a

My online account says my wifes computer is expired. I need to update that with a new code I purchased. I also want to add a new laptop. How do I make sure a computer is no longer on my protected list. I erasted it from my protected computers list.
