My wife's Galaxy S20+ cellphone has a persistent pop up warning that there are 39 viruses infecting her phone. They use a 4 minute countdown clock to strike panic claiming the Sim card is about to be corrupted. Every time she opens her phone it pops up. We run a scan with webroot and of course NO viruses. How do we get this pop up deleted?

Hello @KentWarren

It’s best to Submit a Support Ticket and they will sort it out for you.

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue. A reply from Support should take from 24 to 48 hours but could take a little longer because of COVID 19 and the Webroot Employees are busy working from home.

Thanks,

Perhaps you may want to consider installing an adware blocker?

Using AdG**** with Webroot on my android phone.
