There is a blue icon saying the first scan not complete. Apple popped up saying I had 3 viruses and there was 30% damage to my Mac. The blue icon has been up there for a while. I've read that you have to uninstall/reinstall, but I won't have a new key code to put in. What should I do?

I think you will need to lodge a support ticket with Webroot.
Go to the Webroot website and their are instructions on contacting support.
As Webroot have offices and websites in different countries it is best to use the website closest to your location.

Just a reminder: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.
