Carbonite

I have another account, (Snip) Ever since y’all included Carbonite, I have had nothing but issues with my passwords and my dashboard. NOW I am LOCKED out of my Webroot and can’t get in there. It even changed my password to the community board. I have tried the “Forgot Password” a few times and now it doesn’t even respond, probably thinking I’m someone else trying to hack into my account. How can I fix this PLEASE?

I would recommend getting in contact with Webroot Support with this problem.
