On July 16 I sent a message detailing how webroot was not deleting files properly and had eliminated my ability to have windows do the job. No response. Sent 2nd message on July 17th. No response. Sent third message and tried to call support. waited on support line for 17 minutes, no response. Is there some way I can shut off this non-functioning “feature”? And has anyone figured out how to get a response from Webroot?
