How do I know whether my version of webroot comes with the system optimizer?

All the information I’m finding online is telling me how to use the system optimizer, but I can’t find it in my program anywhere. I figure that’s probably because the version I bought doesn’t come with that feature, but I’m not sure and I don’t know how to check. Apparently it just disappeared for some people, too, which just makes me more confused 😅

I have version 9.0.32.58, and the line at the top of the window says CE 22.3, but I have no idea what either of those things mean or if they’re even relevant.

Help?

Hello @Tynytyg

Have a look here to find out! https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingSystemOptimizer/ChangingSystemOptimizerSettings.htm

It’s in the Complete version, PC Gamer version and the Subscription version from Best Buy Geek Squad.

CE 22.3 is to tell you the Online Console version here: https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login and that’s it! But the correct Client version number is 9.0.32.58 https://community.webroot.com/home-product-releases-27/consumer-pc-agent-version-9-0-32-58-351169

Thanks,
