I believe my pc may be infected, question about some scan logs if anyone could help

I have some scan logs I took if someone could possible help me find out id there is malicious software or key loggers on my pc I would appreciate it

If you feel that your infected please Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know and if infected help you clean it up!
