I can no longer access the email address I used to create my account, and I forgot my Webroot password. So the “forgot password” link is useless since I will not receive the email with instructions to reset the password. I tried opening a support ticket, but it took six days to get a response, which was to call tech support. I tried that, but was on hold for more than an hour before giving up. So I have no access to the software. And when it auto renews later this year, I won't be able to stop it since I can’t access my account. What am I supposed to do to access my account?
A few days ago I noticed that my webroot subscription was about to run out, so I clicked the renew button in the webroot app and renewed it. I heard it could take a few days or even until the current subscription runs out. So far it’s been 2 days and it still says my subscription is about to run out, and when I look at the app again the renew button is gone. I don’t know if I’m missing something or if it’s supposed to take a long time to update.
I just installed WSA on two Android devices and did initial scans on them. When I go to the WSA website on my PC, the home page shows that I have 2 devices protected. However, when I click on the Mobile Security button, either on the tab line or the button within Mobile Security box, it brings me to a page where all I see is this: There is nothing else on the page. No menu icon, no tabs at the top. Nothing. I clicked on the X but it is unresponsive. All I can do is to use the back button to navigate back to the home page. How can I have the Mobile Security page display the two mobile android devices that I installed WSA and that the home page shows that they are protected?
I purchased Webroot about a week ago. Everytime I try to run a scan, my computer blue screens. The dump files don’t mean a whole lot to me but do confirm that WRSA.exe is the offending process. I’ve sent a couple of messages to Webroot support but have yet to hear anything back. Does anyone have any ideas of what may cause this or should I just ask for a refund?

There are two of the same devices on my account. One is protected and the other needs attention. I tried to remove it but it will not disappear. Please someone help me to understand what or who is able to do these things, If it is an error how do I correct it. Can someone duplicate my device, I mean piggyback my Tablet?
My password didn’t work. I create a new one and it works only once. This started yesterday. I asked Webroot Support for help , they said Community Support Is out of their hands - Where is the Complaint Department for help logging in to the Webroot Community? I tried to install Webroot for home last Thursday. It never ran an install program, never asked for my Keycode I was given after purchase. An expired program installed, but the Keycode is different from the one that was given to me, and it won’t let me uninstall it. I have had memory problems ever since, and it causes my pages to open a little slower than normal. I have tried to contact Tech support, but am being ignored or they want me to activate a service console, but any new password I try to put in, it will not accept. Can anyone help with this, and is there an easier way to get in touch with Tech support? The phone numbers they have listed don’t work. I’m getting quite desperate now!
I am curiously searching for best antivirus. I have read different articles about different antiviruses where they have showed that recent Lab Test proves that other antivirus Like BitDefender. McAfee and etc have scored Advance +. I am bit confused. Will it be better option to have Webroot?
Hello! I’m going to buy Webroot Internet Security Plus for 3 devices, but I'm thinking of a laptop for my child. Can I buy additional seat for this license later? If so, how much will it cost? Got an email saying that if I renew my subscription early, I can get $10 off. I noticed the icon of the tab is different from the official site when i pressed the link. I haven’t put in my information yet, as I’m worried. So do you guys have an easy checkout page, and is Webroot@service-webroot.com really you guys?
I can’t send a support ticket. It says I’ve submitted a ticket before and asks me login again. The message to accept cookies is there and I accept, but it keeps reloading the password page and keeps asking me to accept cookies, which I do everytime. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies in Chrome then opened a new window, I’ve tried to send a support ticket in Internet Explorer and even restarted my laptop and opened Chrome again, no luck. Is Webroot avoiding me?
Hi, I’ve o full scan for my device and after it has been finished It became red and 46 threats removed at home, but I in’t find them in quarantine or anywhere, what I have to do now after full scan? .. I want to check if these threats are false-positive or something I want .
Just bought a 3 seat subscription to Internet Security Plus. Activates correctly on my Windows 10 PC where I originally installed trial software. Same keycode activates correctly on a 2nd Windows 10 PC that had never had trial software installed. On 3rd Windows 10 PC that had trial software installed with a different keycode, the purchased keycode won’t activate. I get an error that the keycode cannot be activated. I’ve uninstalled the trial software, rebooted, scoured the computer for any folders, config files, and registry keys that could be remembering that the trial was installed and can’t find anything.

Hi guys, How I can force agents to update for last build rather than o that manually? I’ve searched and found that I can send it as a command with the link of endpoint agent software so it will download it and update it but since agent commands has remove the ability to send commands so it can’t be done, any suggestions please?
Hi guys, Is there a way to block files depend on extensions? In the whilelist I can do that to allow them but in the blacklist there is no option but MD5, so if I want to prevent scripts files to work with extensions like *.js,*.jar,*.bat, ..etc, is there a way to do that?
