I'm trying to access my account. After entering my email and password, this is what I get: [h3][b]You have not been granted access or permissions to any console.[/b][/h3][b]Please contact your account administrator and ask them to enable access to the services you require.[/b] I am the account administrator! How do I access my account? Thanks for the help!

We have been advised that Webroot Password Manager has moved over to LastPass but are there issues with their website as it has not transferred our Password Manager details. I have registered a new account and the prompt from the Webroot PM did not allow me to log in with our existing details. It has copied details from Chrome but not Internet Explorer. Can anyone help? Also, I'm trying to extract the password information from Webroot but on the Webroot website when I log in, keep showing as "preparing". Hiren
I have a possible threat on my android device that has been suspiciously, and persistently running in the background. The app appears to take the name 'abracadabra' and I have no idea nor information about it. when i try to download any document in my Gmail i get "gmail virus scanners are temporarily unavailable" i ran my Webroot scan it cleared my computer rebooted the computer emptied my trash my mac has the latest Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 is this a gmail issue or in my computer? any suggestions?
I downloaded the latest update of Piriform's C Cleaner about an hour ago. Everything looked authentic. No sooner had the download completed than WSA 'zapped' it- apparently it is carrying malware, trojans etc. WSA blocked it, removed it and ra a clean of my PC, then gave me a comforting clean bill of health and a note that it did not appear that any banking etc data had been accessed- I don't do on line banking anyway, but that's not the point. I am impressed with the incredible speed with which WSA acted. As a back up I also ran MalwareBytes afterwrds & that too assured me that all was well. Having now read Google I found a disturbing number of previous incidents where hackers had got into C Cleaner. I wonder how long it will be before Piriform finds out and cleans its own system up? [b]Anyway, folks, I suggest you don't download today's update 12th March 2019[/b] and [b]WELL DONE WSA- WORTH EVERY PENNY.[/b]
Hi, I am unable to download files on my laptop and could not find an answer in the forums. I have Webroot on my desktop computer and an older Asus laptop and it operates trouble-free. However, on my new Acer laptop, I am unable to download any files. The download tab indicates "Failed - Virus Scan Failed." This is immediately apparent with small files, such as images. With larger files, such as podcasts, the download appears to progress normally, with the timer counting down: 3 minutes remaining, 2 minutes remaining, 1 minute remaining, etc. until the end at which point the Failed tab pops up. I followed Windows instructions to be certain that the Internet Settings were not hindering this. No other virus or protection programs are active on the computer that I am aware of, including Windows Defender. Can someone please tell me if Webroot is blocking these downloads, and if so, how to correct this. Your help would be greatly appreciated. The inability do download any
[h3]Have Webroot SecureAnywhere - Internet Security Plus and Firefox 61.0.2 (64-bit) for a browser because there hasn't been a fix yet for the Password Manager that works in Firefox. Yesterday both my wife and I could log-in and access our sites and passwords just fine. Today it goes yellow and says '[i]An error occurred while attempting to contact the server. Please check your Internet Connection.[/i]' I am able to log-in to the Community and my.webrootanywhere.com using their log-ins with no problem. Any help would be appreciated. In March 2018, my old computer died and I had to purchase a new one. I went to Bestbuy and purchased a new computer. With the purchase and year support to Geeksquad, came a 6 mo and a 1 year subscription to Webroot. I had informed Geeksquad that I already had a subscription to Webroot that did not expire until September 2018 and I would like to have that one installed on my new computer. Instead of installing my current subscription, someone inactivated it and installed the ones for 6 months and a year. Not knowing this, I was charged the yearly subscription fee in August 8, 2018. Due to what Geeksquad did, I paid for something I didn't have and the Webroot they installed will be up on March 22, 2019. Since I am going to have to renew in March, I would like to request a refund for the one that was inactivated in March of last year and I was charged for in August 2018. I have a computer that did not update when I updated by adding a new code from my expired code. how can I update or do I need to delete the computer and re add it. Also how do I add a new computer to my list. if I need to delete the old webroot and re install new computer how do I do that
The Webroot ratings on my Google searches have always worked fine until today. When it was working I would get a green circle informing me that the website I'm about to go to is okay, but now I get a gray circle and when I hover over it I get a "Rating temporarily unavailable...." message. Is there a system-wide Webroot problem or should I be doing something to restore the ratings? Please advise. Thanks. Tom

My problem: I bought my Webroot Anywhere for 3 devices from Best Buy. They cleaned 1 computer, I purchased a new Laptop computer and they put Webroot Anywhere program on both. I went to Best Buy with my Laptop and discussed my issues with not being able to access my Account Console or my Password manager. My Account when I access it from Webroot is as if I don't have anything being protected. The Tech told me, because of many issues I was having, it would be easier to let my Webroot subscription expire and then purchase a new subscription. The Tech assured me my computers were being protected but that I would not be able to access my console or password manager. Should I do this, and let best Buy do a new Webroot install?
I have suspicious notifications popping up from "www.mp3juices.cc" I think this began when I was hunting some sound clips for a film project and must have downloaded something sketchy unawares. OOPS. Now I'm getting notifications with scantily clad women and also notes that say "System infected! Click here to clean up!" in various versions. Webroot has done its scan and finds nothing. However, it's obvious there is malware. What can I do? Do I need a different software to find this?
Well I just bought this internet security for my laptop and phone. I've followed all of the instructions, clicked all of the internet links provided by email, filled out the form to register and create an account... but for the life of me... it keeps kicking me out and saying that my email is not yet confirmed; and, it won't let me log in after i created the account. Hmmmmmm! I'm confused here ya'll. Same thing happened when I did what the paper said to do to download and activate on my phone. WTH??? I don't get it!
