Hi, I recall that when Windows 10 1709 came out, there was a performance issue that required disabling the realtime shield in some cases. Obviously not something we'd like to do long term. Is that issue resolved now or should the machines that had that issue still run with the realtime shield disabled?
I manage one console for all my business clients and need to generate a report on all upcoming expiring sites so as to send out renewal reminders. I'm doing this by manually checking back on invoices from last year but I'm sure there has to be a way to generate a report from within the console? Can anyone please advise of the process if this feature is available?
Over the past week, I have had handful of fresh webroot installs that have not created most/some of its registry. I have mostly come across missing keys under Status, which are either infected, managed, and/or attentionrequired. I manually added them and found that webroot would change them once added, when I used a test virus. However the latest one that I deployed was missing most of the sub folders under WRData. I have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and rebooted without any luck. I have also left it running in this state for several days to see if it resolved itself. This is an issue, because my company relies on registry keys as apart of it's monitoring processes to intergrate within our RMM tool. I also can't be confident that webroot is working properly, when it isn't installing it's registry keys properly.

I've been a customer for years and I am guessing hopping between email addresses to skirt the absurd auto-renew process has finally caught up to me. I am trying to install SecureAnywhere on my new install. I have a 5-license purchase. When I attempt to activate with my code, I get the message "Enter a valid keycode. If you continue to receive this message, contact SecureAnywhere support'. I am directly copying the code from the keycodes webpage. I imagine that the issue is that I reached my max installs, in which case I will need to release the license from another device. This is the issue: When I go to open a support ticket and enter my email, the password prompt tells me I have an invalid password. I know the password is correct because I am able to log into the SecureAnywhere console. I believe the issue is that the passwords are jumbled. Can someone assist me? It is frustrating that you can't open a ticket or phone support without a login/password.
I only recently installed this messenger app as I do not like Facebook the other day I click on incoming message from a friend of mine that I used to know years ago next thing my phone is not usable to me anymore after a restart and all that I was able to use my phone or this morning I’m starting to get messages from people telling me asking me about what I sent them
We have a Trendnet security appliance that is viewable through IE only and Websense is blocking the plugin that it uses from running. IE doesn't even acknowledge that it exists and prompts me to install the plugin everytime I connect. Webroot support hasn't solved the problem yet although I'm still going back and forth with them. I know it is Webroot because the system works as intended when I uninstall Webroot. Thanks for any suggestions all!
I have a possible threat on my android device that has been suspiciously, and persistently running in the background. The app appears to take the name 'abracadabra' and I have no idea nor information about it. Can someone please direct me to the the proper channels (an email address perhaps) for help in analyzing the logs I have collected from my device. Thank you!
I bought something online, the Company I bought from did not have my new updated payment card info. So I entered new payment card info on the companies website. No CCV number asked for (good ?right?) Well so then I was able to complete order. So anyway I get an email from Google pay saying I updated payment info in Google pay. But I did not go to Google pay and do that. Then I go to Google pay and Google pays says Payment card info not complete enter CCV number .I was Using and use Chrome as my browser. Anyway this upsets me to think that chrome or google is able to do that any thoughts. Also I cannot get to support through the Webroot app on my Computer but instead through the internet thanks
Say I have 3 offices 1) Oslo 2) Zimbabwe 3) Dubai I have one IT person in dubai who manages about 200 end points. Is there any way to give this Dubai IT Person access only to the Dubai group? Seems weird that admin has either access to EVERYTHING or nothing?
Hi, I have Webroot as home and as MSP for clients, but have some missed features which force me to use other solution alongside Webroot, such as email attachment scan (for those clients has no scan software at email server, also those emails isn’t detected by ClamAV which installed on Email Server) and AntiSpyware such as SpyHunter which use for PUAPs and many of threats, also using EMSISoft as scanning for macros and other threats. Is there any chance to find future added features that can fit these missed modules that is required? Actually I love Webroot and their Platform with DNS Protection and Security Awareness Training, but hope to find this solution can fit the missed sides that other solutions offer with their software.
Even though I have an account with this e-mail and it works fine on the laptop, and it's 1 year 3 devices the app won't let me in it shows this. I've tried everything I could find. I even tried to contact by e-mail for help and still haven't heard back. If this can't be fixed I'm returning it.
I just got a bunch of "A new topic has been created in Submit a Business Feature Request" emails from the Webroot Community in my mailbox, some that were submitted 6 months ago... seems like there were some mail delivery issues? They were all delivered around 4:53 PM EST today (08/22/19). Anyone else experience this?
