Hi, I've ran the uninstaller in the control panel but it doesn't seem to have removed webroot. There is no "webroot" folder in program files. Instead, I have C:\Program Files\eEHyHVor. There are 2 files in "eEHyHVor". They are "lkfnejMY.exe" and "WRSkyClientConnect.x86.dll". There seems to be 1 service running "WRSVC". I'm not able to stop it.
I just discovered that Facebook app on my android phone was tracking my activity on the LastPass app.I find unacceptable that a company that provides security services allows an information hog like Facebook to intrude in something so sensitive. We pay for a service to keep our information private and secure, not to be used and sold. I cannot trust Webroot or Lastpass anymore, I had the software less than a month, how do I get a refund?
Web Page Blocked!Client IP: 184.108.40.206Server IP: 10.100.5.32Attack ID: 20000022How do I unblock specific pages that webroot is blocking. This is an educational curriculum site and it is absurd that it is blocked!! How very irritating that it is coded so wrongly!

I need to remove webroot from a computer which I will no longer have. When I try to uninstall webroot it will always have a screen saying: “It is necessary to log in as an administrator to access this feature”. What procedures do I do in order for webroot to know that I’m the administrator which has permission to remove it? To top it off, I have automatic renewal for this service every March.
Why do I get a Webroot app notification about renewing my subscription when I have 28 more days to do so? It pops up every time I turn my computer on (desktop - Windows 10). I’m not going to renew it until toward the end of this month. 1 week before I need to renew would be better, not a month before. Anyway to change this notification?
I recently purchased a new laptop to replace my old one that quit working. The old laptop will boot up, but when I try to install or uninstall anything, it says that it can’t because some file is missing. I recently signed up for secureanywhere online. It shows that I have 3 PCs but under the PC Security tab it says that I have none. How can I unsubscribe the laptop that I can’t do anything with?
Hi, When I click refresh configuration, I get: an active internet connection is required to check for update. When I look in the secure anywhere portal, I can see that my system was seen last in december. When I create a ticket, support asks me to run wsalogs.exe, which fails uploading the resulting file to the ftp server .. because I have no internet connection When I mail the file .. the file is too big for the mail server. I'm getting a bit annoyed by all this My system is almost always connected to the internet. IE, Firefox, Chrome .. and a bunch of other applications that need the internet are all working fine. I cannot uninstall webroot, it needs to be done in the SecureAnywhere portal, but it doesn't see my system anymore. Running wrsa -uninstall, tells me "SecuryAnywhere is currently managed by the Web Console and all changes need to be applied centrally. Please refer to the SecureAnywhere documentation for further inform
Hello, I was getting the same virus over and over again so I decided to delete the application and download it again. I have been trying to download it for a very long time now and I just can't get to make it work. I click on the installation and this pops out and when I click on the Webroot SecureAnywhere icon it doesn't do anything. I already tried deleting cache and many other things and nothing seems to work. I would like receive help since I am running out of days of my memberships and it is not being used. Thank you in advance.
Hello. We have a client who is moving IT services to a new MSP, away from ours. In working with the new MSP, we found they also use Webroot, and asked if we could simply "migrate" all existing managed Webroot installs to their control. It looks like I can "push" the new MSP's keycode to all of the workstations and servers in our console by going into each 'Group' and doing a select-all and Agent Commands > Keycode > Change keycode... and punching in the new MSP's keycode provided to us. However, is this the best way to do this? Will exclusions, policies, etc. move over to the new MSP, or are they going to start with only having control of the client's machines, requiring them to push all new policies without knowing anything about the machines or the users' needs? Is there a better way?
Trying to sign into the Identity Portal, after entering the second and fourth number of my Security Code (or whatever digits are assigned), I get a logged-in page, followed immediately by a logged-out page, followed immediately by the sign-in page for entering user name and password. What gives? Thanks!
Hello, Discovered today that the latest build of Webroot on windows 10 computers don’t block any outgoing traffic, no matter what the settings are (allow or block). Also, the advanced settings the of firewall to block programs has no effect as well (I usually have it set to block all traffic unless explicitly allowed). Feel free to test yourself. Would love to know I’m not the only one (tested and broken on three different win 10 machines, works fine on two win 7 machines). You been warned...
Until a few days ago, I had no trouble downloading files from my colleague. Suddenly Webroot is blocking them and the only thing I know how to do is to close Webroot, download, and then open it again. How can I tell Webroot that these are safe files and to allow me to download? Thanks!
Some help, please.I was reading some newspaper articles online when suddenly 3 images appeared on the right of my screen, and I cannot remove them. My Webroot scan reports no threats found each time I run the scan. I have tried switching my computer off and back on several times. And the x in the top right hand corner of the images does not delete the images. How can I rid my screen of them, please? Thank you.
My wife has been using Webroot on her iPhone 6 for two years (since she bought it). Now the icon for Webroot has changed and when we click on it, we get a message saying: Information has not been verified yet. Please enter your information on the Account Creation/Login page. There is a blue “Go” button at the bottom of the screen. When I click “Go” the message: "WSAM6-Consumer" Wants to Use "webrootservices.com" to Sign In appears, with the choices “Cancel” and “Continue.” I don’t trust this and don’t want to re-enter our info. Please help.
My wife's Galaxy S20+ cellphone has a persistent pop up warning that there are 39 viruses infecting her phone. They use a 4 minute countdown clock to strike panic claiming the Sim card is about to be corrupted. Every time she opens her phone it pops up. We run a scan with webroot and of course NO viruses. How do we get this pop up deleted?
