Even though this was released on 13th may it is still not available for download directly from the website.
Surely the new version should be uploaded on the release date.

You can download and install over top if you like to get the latest version: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
Note: Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.

This link is not the new version as I already stated in my original message. You cannot download the latest version yet even though it was released 13th May. Surely the new version should be uploaded to the website as soon as it is released.

Could it be because your a beta tester and already have the latest version installed

That’s odd and It has nothing to do with what I have installed. 
I live in Ontario, Canada and it continues to download the newest version for me and I’m using Firefox if it matters??? Maybe try clearing your Browsers cache?
