No activation email

I have tried to sign on my manage password webroot sign in page it reads a log in error that says "Invalid login details." I know for sure my info is correct. I also never received a confirmation email not reset password. I emailed customer service and no answer. What do I do next?

If you just sent a support ticket a couple days ago, you’ll likely hear back today or soon - just make sure not to send another one.

When you click “Forgot password?” on that screen, you don’t get an e-mail? If so, you’re likely not using the correct e-mail. Please make sure you attempt all e-mails that may be connected with your webroot account.
