password reset fail

login to webroot failed for “invalid password”.  I selected “forgot password?” 3 times and each time received statement that email had been sent.  To date, no email received.  I have sent 2 messages to support, no answer yet

Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT) But Support Tickets are 24/7
