Hi,
I've been using Webroot SecureAnywhere for 10 days, and I've for an external disk that infected with auto-run malware, which I am used to clean it with antivirus I was using without name, now after scanning with SecureAnywhere, it gave me 59 infected files and I choose to remove them at all, and after removal successed it fave me recheck if there is any other infected files and again it checks for malwares and found 11 infected files and did as previous, and this is the forth time it founds 11 infected files but at this time it didn't do the removal as previous, but alert me as screenshot following, what I can do in this case?!
Really it is a bad experience in first trial before switching!
