"Too Many Open Sessions"

Have a new Samsung Tab A that when i go to log in to my Webroot account, I receive an error message -  “Too Many Open Sessions. Please log out of Webroot on one of your devices.”  I factory reset the old Tab A and only have a phone, desk top and new Tablet, that’s only 3 out of 5.  So why the message and how do I clear it ??
