upgrade fail for Internet essential 2010 5 user ( Quantity -726

Hello members

I bought 760 webroot essential 2010 5pc 10 gab but

It fails to register / upgrade yesterday.

Also sold about 44 keys. To customers & some key expired overnight.

Please advice :-

If it’s 2010 version it’s not supported anymore, I don’t know if Webroot can help you but you can contact Webroot sales to see what they say!
