Until a few days ago, I had no trouble downloading files from my colleague. Suddenly Webroot is blocking them and the only thing I know how to do is to close Webroot, download, and then open it again. How can I tell Webroot that these are safe files and to allow me to download?

Please Submit a Support ticket and tell them what’s going on and they will help you sort it out.
