Webroot Blocking IE Plugin

We have a Trendnet security appliance that is viewable through IE only and Websense is blocking the plugin that it uses from running. IE doesn't even acknowledge that it exists and prompts me to install the plugin everytime I connect. Webroot support hasn't solved the problem yet although I'm still going back and forth with them.
I know it is Webroot because the system works as intended when I uninstall Webroot.
