Webroot Renewal and Charge problem

I renewed my webroot subscription 5 days ago via bestbuy, which is where I first got the subscription. However, it still shows up as expired on my webroot status interface. How do I fix this problem?

Also, on the order summary that I printed out after paying for the renewal. It states "Please Note: This charge will appear on your credit card statement as "GEEKSQUAD RENEW.....". I have not received the charge on my bank statement since. Should I wait a few days for the charge to appear or should I call the customer support number that is on the summary?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Personally I would call the GeekSquad for peace of mind as they can tell you if you have been renewed or charged. Sometimes I believe it takes more time when renewing from GeekSquad. Just the same I would call the 800 number.
