I just renewed my Webroot, and now I no longer have utilities “System Analyzer” and “Optimize Now”. I also no longer have security features like “whitelisting”.
Are these features gone from the latest version of Webroot? What’s going on?

It’s best to contact support sales department and ask them. Webroot Customer Service as it’s sounds if you renewed your sub with the same keycode and you had those features you should continue to have them so maybe something got messed up in the back-end and they will sort it out for you! The Complete version is the only one with all the features you mentioned.
