Wrong Version PURCHASED

I just ordered and installed Security Anywhere download based on advise from a Best Buy representative.  Un fortunately, It is the incorrect version as it pertains to windows only. I need to uninstall and receive credit for the purchase.  I then need to purchase the windows/ios/android version.  Best Buy stated that I must do this from Webroot.  Please advise.

If you bought the wrong version from BestBuy, you’ll have to go through them for a refund. Their support number is here: 1 (888) 237-8289

In regards to getting the correct version, any of these should work for you: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/affiliates/wsc-29

Those products will cover both windows and Mac. 

Once you have access to your keycode, you can put that on your account by opening Webroot, going to “My account” and inserting the key-code. Hope that helps!
