Delete case-sensitive in secret questions

Following a connection issue on my Webroot account, I propose to deleting the case-sensitive on the answers to the secret questions.
In fact, you must already know the user name and password and then know the answers to the 3 secret questions in order to connect to his account.

Add the case-sensitive to the secret answers seems to me to be an even more restrictive security that we may not need.

I agree with this suggestion. Making the secret questions case-sensitive creates, in my opinion, an unnecessary and unhelpful layer of complication that could confuse a user who is correctly answering the questions yet finding that her/his answers are being rejected as incorrect.
