Like other antivires when you load your news feed you see a green dot or a red not for a unsafe website. I had that with Norton and Bitdefender.

Hello sneff1984 and Welcome to the Webroot Community! Can you explain more on the feature request as your very well protected on Facebook as WSA has the Web Shield & Identity Shield/Phishing Shield please see here: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/592/Enabling-Disabling-Shields and here: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/608/Managing-Identity-Protection

Thanks,

Daniel ;)

I believe what @ is referring to is that some other security software will scan the Facebook (and Twitter) webpage and inspect any web links on the page. They will put an icon beside any web link to let you know if the link is safe or not.

It is very similar to the indications you get when doing a search on google for example with Webroot. The green icons for a safe link, red for a bad link, etc.

Our Web Threat Shield actually does this, and if you would like more information, please let me know!
