We're using the Webroot - Connectwise Integrator. As a result, we don't have "All Sites" selected on the endpoint installation alerts. It would create alerts for accounts that we don't need to work. Those endpoints are being added to our agreements automatically.
However, because we don't have "All Sites" selected, we don't get alerts when our Engineers set up a new Site for anti-virus.
We need an alert or report that tells us when a new site is set up to ensure that we set up the monthly billing agreements and the agreement mapping. Otherwise, we can lose revenue.
