Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.

Jeez, two months later and still waiting. What’s the reason for no download link, and why isn’t this the default download by now instead of 9.4.1?

It’s best to ask Webroot Support and they will give you the link to install and we Mods haven’t been told much about the Mac updates sorry.

Thanks for the advice. I submitted a ticket and got the answer just a few hours later - At this time we have pulled the update for version 9.5. The current version of the program is 9.4.1. At this time we are experiencing some issues with the new version you are asking about. We will roll out a new update when it becomes available and the Webroot software will automatically update on it's own.
