Blue GUI when attempting to install Webroot SecureAnywhere Endpoint Protection.
When attempting to install Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection, the user interface turns blue. It prompts with an error message of, ‘A live internet connection does not exist’. This is usually due to a network firewall blocking traffic. Also if the firewall blocks traffic outside of the United States, this can also cause this issue.

If you have a firewall, proxy or any network access layer that can block SecureAnywhere traffic, please note Webroot uses the following:
Ports 80 and 443 - The Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection Agent uses these to communicate with the Webroot
Threat Intelligence Platform and your management console. These communications are encrypted using a proprietary form of obfuscation.
You will also need to allow the URL masks that Webroot uses provided below.
These URLs can also be used to lock down any systems that would otherwise have no internet access.
Agent communication and updates:
Some firewalls do not support double dotted subdomain names with a single wildcard mask (i.e. g1.p4.webrootcloudav.com being represented by *.webrootcloudav.com) so some environments might require either *.p4.webrootcloudav.com or *.*.webrootcloudav.com)
