Hey there Webroot Community,

Apple has announced an update to their latest macOS Catalina operating system,10.15.4. Apple has not yet announced a release date for this version and when you choose to accept the update, Apple will show a one-time pop-up message (below) to all Webroot Business Endpoint Protection and Webroot SecureAnywhere Consumer Customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience and want to assure you that your Webroot protection will continue to work as it is intended to. Again, the pop-up will be displayed to the user once after the software is upgraded to 10.15.4 – just click on OK and the pop-up will disappear.

We’re currently working on an update for the business and consumer products that will eliminate the pop-up, but it’s unlikely that it will be ready by the time Apple releases its 10.15.4 update. We will update this thread as soon as our updated version for macOS 10.15.4 is released.
