It seems just yesterday that I was unveiling the Webroot Community to the world. Since that time, I've been so proud to see how the Community has grown, how the Community TEAM has grown and how we've built so many great relationships with our fans and customers.
On this Saturday, February 2nd, the Webroot Community turns ONE! And what a year it's been!
- We've had over 10,000 posts in our Community Forums
- Over 3,300 members have joined and participated in helpful conversations
- 193 ideas have been submitted to the Ideas Exchange
- Webroot guru, Jim, joined the team to be my co-Community Manager
- We launched a VIP Program to reward our top contributers
- We created a Business Community specifically for IT professionals using our Business products
- The Community Dispatch now helps keep members in the loop on the latest community topics
- And that's just to name a few highlights!
