Rather than a sash you'll have a section on your profile to show off your badges: With a link to a page with all of the badges you've earned (plus a view of all the ones you can aspire to earn). OpenText Cybersecurity is pleased to announce that Webroot was once again recognized for efficacy in small business endpoint protection by the software testing firm SE Labs for the January - March 2023 time period. This detailed report tested various endpoint security products between January and March 2023 and focused on their ability to handle well-known threats and targeted attacks. These tests are invaluable for helping vendors improve their products and assisting buyers in choosing the best solutions for their needs. SE Labs is known for its commitment to transparency, and this report is no exception. It has gone through the rigorous AMTSO certification process, ensuring that the testing and results are accurate and reliable. In addition to the testing results, the report also debunks five common antivirus myths that often cause misconceptions about endpoint security. These myths include beliefs such as "anti-virus slows your computer" and "updates are no longer necessary." The
Last month, Webroot entered into an agreement to be acquired by Carbonite. Today, I'm happy to share that the acquisition of Webroot has closed. I’ve heard both Mohamad Ali, President and CEO of Carbonite, and our Webroot GM John Post share their vision for our company with employees over the past few weeks. It's inspiring to hear Carbonite share that they're going to build on what's already working and what customers love. As a combined team, we'll continue to build on this foundation for more innovation in the future. Webroot and Carbonite will offer capabilities from cybersecurity and threat intelligence, to backup and recovery. We will protect you on the front lines from the most dangerous cyberattacks, and ensure your information is safe not only from cybercriminals, but also from accidents, natural disasters and other unexpected threats. We will bring these capabilities to both c
Hello, Since this morning I cannot get correctly displayed our community site in Opera 12.16. Until yesterday everything was alright, it started today. I cleared cache and rebooted but to no avail. Opera 17 and IE9 shows the site correctly. Only Opera 12.16 displayes it wrongly. Didn't you make maintenance over the night or Lithium upgrade/adjustment? My apologies if you just received an erroneous email stating you received a new rank. I made the mistake of creating an empty rank, which resulted in a bunch of private message notifications stating "you have a new rank!" when really you don't. :$ So for about 10 seconds, a lot of people were "Threat Researchers" in name only. There were no permissions attached to the rank, so the only problem was the spammy notifications. My apologies! Sorry about that to anyone who received an erroneous message.

Congratulations TH on being the first to reach the level of Sr. Expert Advisor! What an achievement! I think that everyone in this Community recognizes what an amazing contributor you are, and we are truly lucky to have you. Thank you for all your dedication, and also for the great persona that you bring to our Community. You are definitely one of the reasons that people continue visiting the Webroot Community and we sincerely thank you!
Webroot recently surveyed more than 200 MSPs around the world to gauge their phishing awareness and learn about their clicking habits. We thought this was important to do because of the pervasive misconception that endpoint security and a firewall are sufficient protection from online threats. But cyberattacks are increasingly interpersonal affairs, and hacking the human is often a more surefire path to success for cybercriminals. The results of our study show that, while there's still a need for awareness of that fact, many organizations are catching on. Here's what the data tell us about the problem and how it could be solved.Click on the attachment below to view the full infographic! Did anything surprise you? Let us know in the comments below.
