locked out and not receiving reset password

I received a pop-up about a report of status. I can't login and it seems I forgot my password and you say you sent a reset PW, I haven't received it and also checked junk. It also says protecting two devices I only know about one device. I'm paying for the subscription and you provide no way to make contact because the PW required at every step. The renewal and new sales are easy to reach!

The Password Manager has been broken for over 5 months and we still have no update for a fix but it was supposed to be in February 2019 sometime.
