Meet JimM, the new co-Community Manager!

Friends, fans and community members,
 
Some of you may have noticed that there’s another Community Manager who popped up in the community. I’m happy to officially introduce you to the newest addition to the Webroot Community team, Jim!

Jim may be new to this role, but he’s certainly not new to Webroot. He comes to us from the far of land of Support where he handled escalations (all the really hard stuff) and worked closely with our Threat Research team. He also used to run our old mobile forum and is extremely knowledgeable about mobile platforms/our mobile product (especially Android – try to stump him!).
 
Jim will now be my co-Community Manager, contributing all sorts of great articles and answering any questions that you may have about the Webroot products or technology in general.
 
I hear he’s pretty good at paintball too, but we’ll have to see about that. :)
