Again … someone please pick up the ball here!!! Its taken a week to get this far n not in limbo again!

I have beta key code n nowhere to download the actual beta!

I this a game of patience? Not funny!

are days that I click on the link survey monkey, to have access to the beta.
Please explain to me how, at my age, 72, it is not easy to understand certain things !!

Unable to locate where to download beta … please post link.

If its thru WR and not Community … its not working!!! All I get is an Icon with different viewing options (woohoo) :unamused:

Just wanted to remind you that you need to create a community account before you can get into the Beta program.

Many of you have filled out the survey but do not have a community account. Could you please create a community account with the same username and/or email that you used to complete the survey?

When I click the https://wbrt.io/BetaEULA link for the survey it takes me to a Survey Monkey page that states, “You’ve already completed this Survey.”

So, when will the BETA be made available?!?

Hmmm, not sure what’s going on there. The survey link to the EULA hasn’t changed, is still https://wbrt.io/BetaEULA

Yes! A survey about pet food commercials. And I just clicked the link you provided above: https://wbrt.io/BetaEULA and it takes me to a Survey Monkey page and says, “You’ve already completed this survey!”

Hi,

Am in the beta testers group, and need access to the beta Mac client for MacOS Catalina 10.15.xx.

Also need to be sure we can remote deploy it to existing agents.

I have yet to get an invitation, welcome aboard, or tossed overboard … not whining, but at this rate, the actual update will be available.

You will be notified by a Webroot Employee by PM or Email with a beta keycode and instructions soon.

@freydrew now members are getting a survey about Pet Food. Something is not right with the survey and has to be looked into.

The next survey is about my ‘political’ thoughts …

Seahorse, you’re not the only one to get that survey on “Political Thoughts”. I got it too when I took the survey and as you did, I passed on that survey. @freydrew you need to look into that survey. I believe after someone does the Webroot survey another survey pops up and it’s about politics, which has nothing to do about Webroot. The survey should stop at the last question about Webroot.

Thank you! If that was the survey … three questions, then I did it twice now! The next survey is about my ‘political’ thoughts … I was taught to never discuss politics nor religion within a group I do not know and never with family … so please tell me that survey was optional … I took a hard pass with that one!
