Webroot Security Awareness Training

Improvements to managing Security Awareness Training from the Webroot Console

  • See, edit, and launch draft campaigns created by other admins. This enables workflows where one admin sets up draft campaigns and another reviews/approves before launching them.
  • Set up campaigns to auto-enroll users that are added to a distribution list. This provides another way for admins to add users to existing campaigns that have already launched. Set up the campaign to target a distribution list and enable auto-enroll. Any users you add to the distribution list even after the campaign launched will immediately get the training.
  • Receive an automated email with reporting at the end of campaign. This removes the need for admins to sign into the console to download reports for campaigns that have concluded. For campaigns targeting multiple sites the email includes a link to download the collection of PDFs for all the sites that were included.
  • 11 New and updated Lure Pages
  • 6 New email templates
  • Updated courses: Ransomware, Physical Security, Whistleblowing and Diversity
  • New Course from NINJIO: PII – The Offer

Carbonite Endpoint 10.9 release

Administrators can now empower their end users to make their own policies for special cases. Admins retain control by choosing whether these new policies will or will not override admin rules. Dubbed “Hybrid Policy,” enabling this new feature lets users see which file types and locations have been included and/or excluded from existing policy. From there, end users can add their own customizations that will only affect their personal backups.
