I have exciting news to share with our Community. Webroot has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Carbonite, a leader in cloud-based data protection for businesses. We expect the deal to close within the first calendar quarter of 2019. I believe this is great news for you as a Webroot customer and advocate. When surveyed, SMBs and MSPs consistently name endpoint security and backup/data recovery services among their top priorities. We see great potential in bringing a coordinated solution set to market that becomes your go-to security platform. Whether you buy from Webroot or a trusted channel partner. Likewise for consumers, the combined Webroot and Carbonite will better protect you, your family and your most sensitive data. Carbonite shares a similar vision, solution philosophy, commitment to the customer and company culture. Both companies focus on easy-to-use and deploy, cloud-based solutions that a

Other improvements include:

Shrinking the size of the header image
Replacing default folder icons with cusom icons
Header mobile styles updated/fixed issues for mobile icons and overall treatment (both consumer and business)
Header link style updated to make link more readable (both consumer and business)
Sidebar general style update to the headings/titles
Update to tile styling to make cleaner and sharper display overall, and more interactive[/li

WSA version 126.96.36.199 officially compatible with Windows 10
We've received word from Microsoft that WSA version 188.8.131.52 has received approval to be officially compatible with Windows 10. That means that there shouldn't be any more Program Compatibility Assistant warnings when upgrading or installing on Windows 10. We won't support WSA on Windows 10 until the release date, but for those of you on the Windows 10 beta, please let us know on the community if you run into any issues. The WSA 184.108.40.206 update is a rolling update - if you haven't received the update by the time you plan on upgrading to Windows 10, then you can force an update by right-clicking on the system tray Webroot icon and selecting "Check for updates".

New Badges for your Country
We've added a new badge type that will show what country you live in. This allows you to show off your country pride as well as help others know where you are from. This allows us to know what time zone you are in and what your primary language is and thus allows community members to better help you. To get the badge for your country, just go to your profile page and select your country from that drop-down list: https://community.webroot.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile%3Apersonal-info To start with we've created badges for the following countries. If your country doesn't yet have a badge, just let me know and I'll get that one created. That way we can prioritize which country badges we create by demand, rather than just doing them in alphabetical order:

United States
Australia
Canada
France
Germany
J
Hello from your new community manager
Hi Webroot Community! I'm excited to be joining you as the new community manager. As some of you may know I'm coming over from the Spiceworks community, where I've been for the past four years. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone on this community - my favorite part of community management is all the great folks I meet, and seeing them helping random strangers on the Internet out of the goodness of their own hearts. Richard helped me do a little video so I could let you guys know a little bit more about me. If you have any questions, please post them below!
I would like to come to a better understanding of how solutions work in this forum. In other forums I have been a member of there is only 1 solution post allowed per thread which makes sense to me. Here I have seen 2 and even 3 posts marked as the solution and this seems nuts to me. What is the limit? Is it possible to mark every response to the OP's problem as the solution? I don't believe that all these solutions are being marked by the OP, either. How would most people know that they have the ability to mark multiple posts as solutions? It is hard enough to get people to mark even 1 post as the solution. Not too long ago 1 of my threads was mysteriously marked solved by someone other than myself and even though I said nothing I did not not appreciate it at all. I could understand it if the thread had been dormant for a month, but this was an active thread. I unmarked the solution and marked it solved later when the thread had been solved to my satisfaction. This seems a natural cons
