How to switch to the new Password Manager (for users registered with the same email in both Password Manager & LastPass®)

If you want to continue using your LastPass®️ account and do not need your data from your existing Webroot password management account, do the following:

  1. Visit my.webrootanywhere.com and log in to your Webroot account
  2. Under the section labeled “Password Manager Powered by LastPass®️ ” click “Manage Passwords”
  3. You will be redirected to a LastPass®️ page, from here click “Log In”
  4. Enter your LastPass®️ account credentials, then click “Log In”
  5. You'll be prompted to link your account back to Webroot. Click Continue. You now have LastPass®️️ Premium!
  6. Your LastPass®️️ data will be displayed in your vault, but none of your Webroot®️️ password management account information will be here.
If you want to continue using the passwords you saved in your Webroot password management account instead of your existing LastPass®️ account, please contact LastPass®️ support for assistance here, and mention you'd like your Webroot passwords restored for use.

DISCLAIMER: You will lose any/all data in your Webroot password management account if you decide to keep your LastPass®️ account.
