I renewed my WiFi Security on January 12, 2022. I downloaded the renewal software several times. The old subscripton expired on February 10, 2022. Now when I try to connect the red connect box just says “renew” and won’t connect. I purchased a Secure Anywhere renewal at the same time and got one keycode for both products. How do I get WiFi Security to accept my new subscription and connect again? Bill P
So what’s the time frame for a permanent fix for the issues between Webroot and Easy Anti-Cheat?I created a support ticket a while back to get this fixed, but after learning you need remote access to my PC in order to fix it, I decided not to continue. I managed to fix it myself by uninstalling Webroot, let the game (Black Desert Online) open up it’s menu and then install Webroot. It’s been working fine until now, where they sent out a patch./Mikael
Today Firefox updated to 97.0 on my windows 10 machine. When I restarted my computer, nothing works in firefox anymore. I can load it once, but I can’t browse to any webpage or even pull up the settings or about Firefox menu. When I close it I cannot open Firefox again.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I eventually tried installing the 32-bit version and it worked. I reinstalled the 64-bit version and found that if I close out of Webroot completely it would work normally. It only works if I shut down webroot completely. If I turn off individual shields (or all the shields) it won’t work, but exiting webroot causes firefox to instantly start working again.Webroot gives no indication that it is blocking anything. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?
I got Webroot SecureAnywhere & for the first 2 months it scanned fine and now all of a sudden it says “First Scan Not Complete” and is stuck on “preparing to scan”. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling and doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions?
I have a small NAS attached to my network. I have it mapped as the Z: drive on the computers on the network. I want to periodically scan the drive with Webroot from one of those computers (I don’t care which one, as long as I can get it to work). That does not seem to be possible right now.When I right-click on the Z: drive in File Explorer and select Scan with Webroot, it only scans the root directory and quits. If I select a folder below the root, it scans that folder but none of its sub-folders.So, it appears that on a mapped network drive Webroot is unable to scan anything more than a single directory at a time. This is a problem/defect that appears to go back at least 8 years. The only other reference I could find on here was a topic that was created 8 years ago describing the same problem. The most recent post in that topic was 6 years ago and the problem still existed then.Has the defect been corrected since then? If so, what do I need to do to persuade Webroot to scan more than
Hello, I have the Android Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App (ver. 220.127.116.11428) installed on my Samsung phone. Yesterday, I was helping my parents (83 & 85 years old) setup their new Motorola phones and was trying to download the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App, but couldn't find it in the Google PlayStore. The only Webroot App I found is called Webroot Mobile Security (ver. 6.5.0).1. Is the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App no longer supported?2. Has it been replaced with the Webroot Mobile Security App?3. Does the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete App still function? It seems to be running okay on my Samsung Phone? It runs scans and shows the number of days remaining in my subscription okay.4. What is the Webroot Mobile Security App? Does it still run on demand scans of all files and Apps on Android phones?5. It looks like it is only a web browser App that looks at the users browser activity when you use that App (Google Chrome)?6. Does

When a user that has already been synced as a target to SAT uses the registration URL for a training campaign, if they do not use the exact uppercase/lowercase spelling of their email address, it registers them as another target within the SAT portal. Could this be updated to NOT be case-sensitive? This is causing issues for the statistics on training campaigns and on the training campaign reminders.
While i was on a help desk call to quicken, I was told I should have webroot to protect my computer. I could buy a lifetime subscr1ption for $249 plus tax for a total of $266.00. If I did not buy the subscription, the help desk call would be $99. Win10 Pro x64, v 21H1 (going to 21H2 soon...)I have a 5ghz CPU/ 16gig Ram/ 500gig 6x optical SSD C: drive (with only 40gig used)/ 100mbps cable internet-This is a Very Fast Desktop, and no reason for Trusting Programs... to be sooo slow (with buggy ESET NOD32 AV), and went to Webroot SA AV, which is a little slower (Computer is no faster after a reboot).Every time I do a Windows Update (Install a new AV...), I have a list of 12 common... Programs/Utilities that I Fully open/close Twice to get them Trusted (Is there a better way??).I also slowly... open/close my Google Chrome browser 4-times, before it is fast.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~With all other AV’s I’ve had- I install them from a desktop folder download/reboot, before the hidden taskbar icon… is useable, then Trust Edge/ Chrome to get Extensions installed/Trusted….I did the same with my last Webroot install, but getting programs like Word/Foxit Reader… Trusted takes twice as long as before!?~~Should I have have installed diff
My software is set to the default settings where it scans the device daily. The scan report window does not go away. Each day a new scan window is there and these windows stack on top of each other. When I log in remotely the taskbar has a stack of webroot windows that I must close individually every day. This is annoying. Previous research said to remove and reinstall the agent. Tried that. It did not work. Any help out there please?
Dear all,By accident, I block one of the access right from Whatsapp Desktop’s window registry setting. Whatsapp Desktop cannot connect to internet everytime I run it!I have to disable Webroot’s Realtime Shield, Web Shield & Firewall first to make Whatsapp working again, then I go back to enable all the Shields again. how can I grand the access right to Whatsapp again to solve the problem? Thanks for any kinds of help!
I am told by support that with the latest version of the installer the Web Threat Shield will not go into a managed status anymore.The end user is able to turn it on and off at their leisure from the browser. But I do have other machines that was installed with an older installer where this is locked down. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi I have discussed this problem with your support techs before. Webroot freezes and won't scan.at one point I had to shut the computer down by entering the security code. Werbroot windows where otherwise frozen. Ive talked to your techs recently and I even had it at week squad in Orland Park Illinois. It was working win the returned it. however nothing else seems to be wrong with iMac. Is here anything that we could try? I keep on thinking this is a Webroot problem.
I can’t login or reset password and have not received an email to reset the password. Webroot came with a laptop purchased at Best Buy. I tried to renew online and was billed 4 times. I have spoken with customer service and sales in an attempt to correct the problem. I purchased a new license from customer service and was sent an email that contained the download information. I have tried to download; I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I have tried to logon for customer service only to be repeatedly logged out. I’m more than frustrated. Prior to all of this I held on line for over 45 minutes for a support tech. I’m thinking it’s time to contact the Better Business Bureau.
I have Poll Interval = 15 minutes. One customer turned off his computer (running Windows 10) for a while, so the status of the agent is Unseen… Now, he turned on, the agent was updated to 126.96.36.199, and it’s almost one hour already, the status of the agent is still Unseen from… Besides, I sent Re-Verify Data command, and the system said “Reverify the contents of the selected device's local database when the next scan takes place.” However, even I tried to run scan manually, the command log is still showing status: Not Yet Received.Any other setting that I can push the update between the agent and the management console quicker?Thanks.
