I use a product called Networx to monitor data usage on my data limited satellite system. I installed Webroot about 2 months ago and they have coexisted well. Now Webroot doesn't like Networx and has deleted some of its files, and most recently wouldn't let it start from the autostart area after a reboot. Networx has not updated itself (it always asks me) and there is no difference there, clearly Webroot is looking for something different now than it was before. When this sort of thing occurs, why do I not have an option to tell Webroot to watch this product but not start deleting stuff unless we talk about it first? I really dislike that behavior, since after 25 years of computing I do have some occasionally intelligent input to offer! Thanks, Gurn
The horrible delay in page loading is getting worse on my laptop. The message Waiting for extension Webroot Web Filtering Extension slows things and sometimes even stops the page from loading because it's timed out. Is there a fix?
I saw an interview on Fox news about haw practically all flashlight programs contain malware. They also said you needed to do a factory reset to clear out the RATs. (Remote access trojans) The following is a link to the report. http://www.snoopwall.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Flashlight-Spyware-Report-2014.pdf Any thoughts, experiences? Does Webroot protect against this?
Has anyone deployed Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection over Bit9? We have a potential customer who is currently using Bit9 and they want to deploy WSAB over it until they have a chance to finish uninstalling. If anyone has done this previously, please let us know how it went. Thanks!
When I checked yesterday (by clicking the Webroot "W" in the taskbar and opened the gui i note that it says that protection has been disabled due to subscription expired. The web realtime shields are both off as is the firewall. However there is no other indication that there is a problem - the "W" icon in the taskbar remains green, the gui itself is green and Windows security centre has not thrown up a message. I did receive two emails about renewing the last of which was on Oct6 - the subscription expired Nov5. Whilst I accept of course that the renewal date had been reached I find it odd/disconcerting that protection would be switched off so quickly (i.e.one day later) and without any warning . Could this be correct ?

I select the Fix This Now button I enter my password on the pop-up screen. After a while the Verifying password... wheel stops turning and I get a new screen inviting me to activate Lost Device "Protection including the message "Activate Device Administration on the next screen" I select the Next button I then get a screen that sets out all the warings about what activating adminsitrator will allow ... I purchased a new webroot disc recently. Loaded successfully on the 1st pc but it is not accepted here on the 2nd pc. I believe you alerted me of a subscription for the prior coming to the end of its term, and I believe we paid for it, but Webroot is still saying payment due. Regardless of this (if I see the charge I will address that then), I have a NEW key code and it is not accepted on the 2nd pc. when I try to submit this... you are asking for my register log in, which i JUST created but is not recognized!
I installed Windows 10 today. I turned off my PC (I think) in my account yesterday because I thought I was going to install 10, but I didn't do 10 so i reinstated it yesterday. Today it wasn't listed in my account. I installed 10 thinking it might now show up twice, but no. Only one pc showing. Webroot is up and scanning on both my desktop and my laptop. Only one shows up in my account. At this point I don't know which. Not sure what to do.

I can’t help but feel that after playing through Halo 5’s short single player campaign (15 missions) that the series should have ended when Bungie gave up the mantel with Halo 3. Don’t get me wrong the game has its saving graces and this is with the Multiplayer, but from a single player point of view the game was a big disappointment in my eyes! While this is classed as a Spoiler alert I can say that what made Halo so great for me was the Master Chief and taking most of the campaign away from the Chief in Halo 5 and sharing the screen time with Spartan Locke (plus three other supporting characters) was half the problem.
