Was my Carbonite sponsored install extended only to my PC or was it also for my cell phone?
So, I have been using this thing (Password Vault) for more than a year without any issues, been a customer for more than 5... Suddenly, last night, I go to log into it and it says it does not recoginize my email address? I get on the phone with Geek Squad (bought it along with my new laptop from Best Buy) and they jump through some hoops (I don't think the details much matter). Next it recoginizes my email but then not my password. Once the online, 2nd tier guy, gets past that it gets better, much better; now I can get in but.... Nothing there! They tell me at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night I will need to contact WebRoot directly. I go online and fill out an issue and wait for contact back. I called them today and basically the same thing, I am "waiting" to get back all my personal and financial log on information for an apparent unknown amount of time? Cannot help but say that something like this (anything like this) they should at lea
Is there a way to automatically send reports on a weekly interval(7 days). Our client wants to get a report weekly to see who’s already finished and not with the training.

I have a small photography business. I am running out of space on my C drive. I am not sure what I can move to external hard drive. I have hiberfiles.sys that is taking up 6617088 of the space. Can I move that without harming my system? Also swapfile.sys and pagefile.sys

We are preparing a new base image to be used with XenDesktop 7.5 personal vDisks. Should the webroot client be installed on the base image, or within the user's personal vdisk via GPO? If installed on the base image, would the -clone or -uniqueid switch be used?
A laptop has 4 login profiles. I loaded Webroot on one login profile. Will it protect all 4 login profiles on the C drive or just the one profile I loaded it on?

i added three webroot keycodes for 3 different customers in the webroot web account manager. I mistakenly put two codes into one customer's console. How do I get it out and create another console for the removed keycode? Thank you.
I called a little while ago asking for the possiblity to get an emailed .exe of the cryptolocker virus as i am wanting to test webroot out with the journaling system for the buisness i work for caled Little Dog Tech in Iowa. I know this isn't really something to post on the community fourm but i would like to know why i can't test it out, is there anyway to get a video of webroot against cryptolocker then but to where it actually gets into the system? because we want to make sure it works before we supply, I currently use it and love it, but the owner would like to make sure it works well against cryptolocker. Please help me towards getting a video of it happening and webroot getting rid of encryption from the journaling system or but sending us a link to a one time use email.

I posted this question on Wilders a short while ago but figured knowledge is power so here goes... Thus far, on my XP Pro SP3 system Webroot and Sandboxie seem to coexist very well. I am able to verify that the AV detects potential bad sites, and also detects and quarantines the Eicar test file download before the file is recovered via Sandboxie to the download folder. My question is whether Identity Shield is functional within a Firefox browser supervised by Sandboxie? (I do show the padlock.) I only ask because I haven't come across a recent or definitive answer. If they aren't compatible then I suppose it would make more sense to conduct financial transactions outside of a Sandboxie supervised browser. Any info appreciated and thanks in advance.
