How to use the Webroot Management console to create reports for Security Awareness Training

The Webroot Management console can be used to generate the following reports for Security Awareness Training (SAT). Click the report to see instructions for creating it.

Dark Web Breach Report

  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the Sites tab, find the Site you want to view the report for and click the gear icon under the Security Awareness Training column.
     

     

  3. Under the Domain Verification section, locate the domain you want to view the Dark Web Breach report for. Click View Breach Report under the Breach Report column to view the Dark Web Breach report.

Note: To be able to generate a Dark Web Breach report for a domain, that domain must have the Verification Status of Domain Admin – Verified. To get this status, you must verify the domain from one of these addresses (where example.com is replaced with your domain):

Campaign Summary Report

  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Security Awareness Training.
     
  3. The Campaigns tab displays by default and a list of campaigns is presented.
     
  4. Under the Name column, click the campaign name to display the Campaign Summary report.

Note: You can export Campaign Summary reports to PDF or CSV formats by using the Export PDF or Export CSV buttons in top right part of the report page.

The PDF report closely resembles the Campaign Summary report displayed in the Webroot Management console.

The CSV report includes additional detail for each email message sent and may provide insight for why messages are not being delivered.

 

Here is an example of a Campaign Summary report for a Phishing campaign:

  1. Log in to the Webroot management console.
     
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Reports tab.
     
  3. The On-Demand tab displays by default, use the drop-down menus to select the report options:
    • Use Site to select the site to run reports for, select All sites to run reports for all sites.
    • Use Report to select the report to run, SAT focused reports are grouped under the Security Awareness Training Reports section and have the pre-fix SAT:
    • Use Period (which is exposed when you select any of the SAT reports) to select the time period, report data goes back 90 days.

      Note: It is not currently possible to export data from these reports. 

       

  4. Click Submit to display the report.

             Below are examples of the SAT reports.
