Reports available for Webroot Security Awareness Training

Reports are available for launched campaigns in Security Awareness Training and provide information on email delivery and training activities. The two main reports available are the Delivery Report and the Training Report Card.

How to access the Delivery Report:
Note: Reports are only available for launched campaigns.
1. Log into the Webroot Management console.
2. Open the Security Awareness Training console.
3. From the left hand navigation menu, click Campaigns to open the Campaign List page.
4. Click the blue button to the left of the Name column that looks like a pie chart (hovering over it will show the text Simulation Stats) which opens the Delivery Report page.
5. The Delivery Report page contains 3 main tabs:
  • Overview. Provides a high level summary of the campaign. Also contains a statistics pie chart that gives a visual representation of the data. The format of the chart can be changed using the buttons above it.
  • Phishing Line Data. Shows a detailed view of user actions relating to the campaign. Contains multiple filters to customize the page to display needed information.
  • Campaign Details. Displays the email message, lure page and education courses/infographics that are part of the campaign.
6. You can export the results:
  • In CSV format. Click the Export Delivery (csv) button at the top of the page.
  • In PDF format. Click the Download PDF button at the top of the page.
How to access the Training Report Card:
Note: Training Report Cards are only available for campaigns that contain a training component, either training campaigns or phishing campaigns with an education course included.
1. Log into the Webroot Management console.
2. Open the Security Awareness Training console.
3. From the left hand navigation menu, click Campaigns to open the Campaign List page.
4. Click the blue button to the left of the Name column that looks like a pie chart (hovering over it will show the text Simulation Stats) which opens the Delivery Report page.
5. At the top of the screen, click the green Training Report Card button which opens the Training Reports page.
6. The Training Reports page displays the sections:
  • Training Session Report Card. Shows Training session name, description, training module information, student count, launch date and end date.
  • Grades. Displays total number of Attempts, total number Completed and how many were Incomplete.
  • Individual User Logs. Shows the individual targets that were part of the campaign in the left pane and action data in the right panel. Action data includes timestamp, target, type, name of course, action, result and score. Clicking an individual target will display only that target’s actions in the right panel.
7. You can export the results:
  • In CSV format. Click the Export Delivery (csv) button at the top of the page.
  • In PDF format. Click the Download PDF button at the top of the page.
