How to whitelist email in AppRiver
 
If you are having problems with email messages bouncing (not delivering) in AppRiver, please follow the steps below to add the sending email servers to the whitelist.
 
  1. Log in to the AppRiver Admin Center
  2. Select Filters -> IP Addresses.
  3. Under Allowed IP Addresses, add the following IP address:[list]
  4. 89.85.54
  • Click Save.[/list]
