Just wanted to thank everyone , and Triple Helix (love your avatar) for helping me with my question. It really is nice to know there is someplace to go for help when you need it.  The E mail reminder is such a nice touch. Keep up the good work!:D

You're very welcome and that's nice of you to say most of us are Volunteers and I have used Prevx since 2004 and then Webroot acquired Prevx in Nov 2010 so it's very familiar to me and others that help out we are one big team and we try our best to help other users and enjoy meeting new one's and this Community is Quite different then most users are use to we interact with the Webroot Staff so it is a great Community to be part of!
