Innovation is a core value at Webroot, and we are excited to announce a series of upgrades to our console. On Saturday, October 7, we will be taking all consoles offline for a period of approximately 2 hours to perform maintenance.

This planned outage will begin at 8 am GMT and is scheduled to complete 10 am GMT. During the maintenance window, all console access will be unavailable. This includes partner integrations and API calls.

Customers trying to log into the console will see the following message:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is this for the Consumer Consoles as well or just the Business Consoles? Details is everything!

This is going out to a global audience and will affect all consoles: Consumer and Business.

Of course!
This is interesting. My Webroot stopped working around this date and hasn't come back yet.  I just get the blue screen with Red Exclamation mark and message that says "Can't reach internet".

Try a reboot of the system and try another scan and save a scan log and if you have any [x] in the scan log that tells me it's not contacting the Webroot Cloud. To save a scan log: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingReportsAndViewers/SavingScanLogs.htm%3FTocPath%3DUsing%2520Reports%2520and%2520Viewers%7C_____1
